TIM MUELLER

Tim joined Forsite Benefits as a Partner in 2007. As CFO and a Partner Consultant, he specializes in financial reporting and analysis for self-funding and fully insured programs. He's known as Forsite's numbers guru and is a total baseball junkie, helping coach his two sons in the spring and summertime.






MICHAEL TROUP

Michael founded Forsite Benefits in 2004. Besides consulting on group benefit programs from the inception, Michael is the catalyst behind many of the innovations Forsite brings to market. He is equal parts tech wiz, fitness enthusiast and entrepreneur; bringing the right meld of forward-thinking and common sense expertise to lead both the Forsite and Motion Connected teams.




GRAHAM NESS

Graham joined Forsite Benefits as a Partner in 2007. In addition to consulting, Graham helps oversee Forsite operations and client services. He delivers a wealth of knowledge from his over fifteen years experiences consulting in a variety of organizations from manufacturing to professional services, non-profit and public institutions. Graham's family first attitude and community involvement, namely in the youth soccer clubs, are what he is known for and proud of.

Our History

Since our inception in 2004 we've strived to develop products that push the benefits industry in a positive direction.

2004 - Forsite Officially Launched

Forsite Benefits launched out of a need for a different way to deliver benefits in the technology boom.

Developed Predictive Modeling Tool

Used to aggregate state insurance form information into reporting. Tool would become effective in plan design and selection to match client risk profile.

2005 - Created WebappEZ / CensusManager

This online application system designed to streamline submission process of state insurance application. Program automated collection of information.

2008 - Built Wellness Platform

Forsite’s own wellness platform built and launched. Program partnered with fitness trackers to create online activity dashboard and corporate challenges.

2011 - Opened Forsite Health & Wellness Clinic

Near-site clinic for clients to access primary care at a 90% cost reduction. Employee Benefit Adviser Magazine would nationally recognize the clinic as a first-of-kind concept in 2012.

2012 - Unveiled myInertia Scorecard

Custom, points-based portal released to assist employers in administering all of their wellness initiatives in one location, while also allowing for an easy-to-use incentive framework.

2015 - Partnered with Cleveland Clinic

Wellness platform selected as partner of choice for world-leading health system, Cleveland Clinic.

2016 - Integrated Multimedia Enrollment Tools

Developed online, interactive enrollment / communication tools for employees to become better informed healthcare consumers.

2018 - Released Wellness & Benefits App

App released for iOS / Andriod to help enhance the wellness experience, along with improve benefits communications.
