Our Leadership Team
Tim joined Forsite Benefits as a Partner in 2007. As CFO and a Partner Consultant, he specializes in financial reporting and analysis for self-funding and fully insured programs. He's known as Forsite's numbers guru and is a total baseball junkie, helping coach his two sons in the spring and summertime.
Michael founded Forsite Benefits in 2004. Besides consulting on group benefit programs from the inception, Michael is the catalyst behind many of the innovations Forsite brings to market. He is equal parts tech wiz, fitness enthusiast and entrepreneur; bringing the right meld of forward-thinking and common sense expertise to lead both the Forsite and Motion Connected teams.
Graham joined Forsite Benefits as a Partner in 2007. In addition to consulting, Graham helps oversee Forsite operations and client services. He delivers a wealth of knowledge from his over fifteen years experiences consulting in a variety of organizations from manufacturing to professional services, non-profit and public institutions. Graham's family first attitude and community involvement, namely in the youth soccer clubs, are what he is known for and proud of.

Our History
2004 - Forsite Opened Its Doors
Forsite Benefits launched out of a need in the industry for a different way to deliver benefits and employee education in the technology boom.
Forsite Developed Predictive Modeling Tool
Forsite used this tool to aggregate state insurance form information into reporting. This tool would become effective in benefit plan design and selection to match client's risk profile.
2005 - Forsite Created WebappEZ / CensusManager
This online application system was designed to streamline the submission process of state insurance applications. The program automated the collection of information.
2008 - Forsite Developed their own Wellness Platform, Motion Connected
Forsite’s own wellness platform built and launched. The program partnered with industry-leading fitness trackers to create an online activity dashboard and team challenges.
2011 - Forsite Opened the Forsite Benefits Health & Wellness Clinic
This on-site clinic is located inside the Forsite Benefits & Wellness building at 2300 Riverside Dr. in Green bay. The clinic provides clients access to primary care at a reduced cost. Employee Benefit Adviser Magazine would nationally recognize the clinic as a first-of-kind concept in 2012.
2012 - Forsite Unveiled the Motion Connected Scorecard
Forsite's customizable dashboard launched to assist employers in administering all of their wellness initiatives in one location, while also allowing for an easy-to-use incentive framework.
2015 - Forsite Partnered with Cleveland Clinic
2016 - Forsite Offers Integrated Multimedia Benefit Enrollment Tools
2018 - Forsite Released Wellness & Benefits App
2020 - Forsite Innovates Delivery of Healthcare Education to Employees Through Push Notifications to Smart Phones
